“I have lived in Dubai my whole life, and rarely do you find a building that is so well maintained. You cannot put a price on the superb maintenance team that always seem to be available. It is clean in all the common areas (including the garbage rooms) and is quiet but well located, with easy access to nearby shops. Arjan is a nice area to walk around in the winter too! Love living here.”

“I have lived in Dubai my whole life, and rarely do you find a building that is so well maintained. You cannot put a price on the superb maintenance team that always seem to be available. “Amazing place, I bought 1 BHK here in Al Ghaf 1, Also Building maintenance was Amazing, Flawless and stainless so bright even inside the room, Garbage room was so clean and tidy no smell at all, That was make me shock. Since you enter to the lobby you will feel something wow and amazing”

“Beautiful new building, well built. Very luxurious apartments. Nice swimming pool with sun terrace. Everything you could need nearby. Shops, supermarket, restaurants. And the entrance and exit of the highway in less than 5 minutes, so you are everywhere in Dubai super fast. Love living here😎”
