“Great apartments, nice finishings! Construction on either side of the building, however (for now) not too noisy & the builders are respectful with the timing. Building management very military, you need approvals for everything including visitor parking. They don’t don’t trust their security team, which is sad for the security who do a great job! There is no gym or pool either. Great accommodation for crew or if you work daily at office. Evenings are very quiet and peaceful.”

“I unfortunately moved in and was lied to about having community access to amenities like the pool and gym. I even have the messages of the agent lying saying we will have the access to all amenities including pool and gym. THERE IS 0 amenities and construction all day long. Not worth the move!! Don’t waste your time However I do want to add that their leasing management Osool is super friendly and helpful with everything”

“One of the best residential towers in Dubai to live in and the security staff, Anthony and Ali are very helpful. They make your stay even more pleasant with their hospitality and service.”

“The building, and the apartment are great, however At around 8:50 PM, I had a delivery of 1 small box and 1 very slim box. The delivery process was smooth and straightforward, yet the security guard on duty (he was arabic)created unnecessary difficulty before allowing the delivery personnel to enter. In addition, he spoke to me in a rude and disrespectful manner throughout the interaction. I understand the importance of security procedures, but The attitude and behavior displayed were inappropriate and made the situation unnecessarily unpleasant.”

“We had a scheduled apartment viewing this morning, but the building management did not allow our agent to show us the property. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted time. We have never experienced such unprofessional handling during a property viewing. Very disappointing experience with the marco polo management al Ghurair Residence 5”
