From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“List of maintenance issues and I am new here: Ac does not work in public areas and sometimes in apartments. Swimming Pool is dirty. Alarm Constantly ringing especially at night. Maintenance team, Managers and supervisors ignore you and dont care. You notice all the problems as soon as you move in. There's also a groupchat where there is 54 members who all complain. Everyone with good reviews is either working for SBK real estate or agents.”
