“Staying in this building almost 6 years now, I was one of the first tenant in this building never had any issue. Building is clean, on time maintenance, security staffs are nice and does what they supposed to do. Parking is a mess if u own morethan 1 car, After 10pm its a bit difficult to find parking near the building. Considering the fact that there are more apartments coming next to this building, parking issue may rise in the coming months once these apartments are open.”

“I would say this is hands down one of the best buildings in Liwan if not even most of Dubai. The maintenance is great and they are always quick if we need help. Building quality is great, it‘s clean and the apartments are well maintained. The area is quite with pleasant people. Everyone minds their own business. Of course there are always negative parts also, for example it‘s true that the fire alarm goes off too many times or that there is a huge construction next to the building right now, which is very loud. But trust me we wanted to move from this place and checked out so many different places in Liwan and also other areas, but we didn‘t come across a building which has all the benefits this building has. All in all we are super happy, so much so that we decided to move from a studio to a 1 BHK this year in the same building. Well done Al Manal Management. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻”

“The building has no facilities, and the sizes of the flats are smaller than any other building, in addition the parking is a disaster if you have more than 1 car or if you have visitors. I advise not to choose to live in this building”

“Inspite of advertising about gym facility in this building , the management keeps it close during the peak hours. In Dubai where everybody goes for work early and arrives late to home , one cannot use this apartment gym due to this weird timing that they have kept . As rent paying tenants we believe we have the full rights to access all of the amenities as promised . When asked the incharge about the same , he replied to us with least interest and did not take any concern on this matter. This is not something that you expect when you stay at a place that you consider as home from past many years !”
