Considering the fact that there are more apartments coming next to this building, parking issue may rise in the coming months once these apartments are open.”

“The building has no facilities, and the sizes of the flats are smaller than any other building, in addition the parking is a disaster if you have more than 1 car or if you have visitors.
I advise not to choose to live in this building”

“I would say this is hands down one of the best buildings in Liwan if not even most of Dubai. The maintenance is great and they are always quick if we need help. Building quality is great, it‘s clean and the apartments are well maintained. The area is quite with pleasant people. Everyone minds their own business. Of course there are always negative parts also, for example it‘s true that the fire alarm goes off too many times or that there is a huge construction next to the building right now, which is very loud. But trust me we wanted to move from this place and checked out so many different places in Liwan and also other areas, but we didn‘t come across a building which has all the benefits this building has. All in all we are super happy, so much so that we decided to move from a studio to a 1 BHK this year in the same building. Well done Al Manal Management. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻”

“Inspite of advertising about gym facility in this building , the management keeps it close during the peak hours. In Dubai where everybody goes for work early and arrives late to home , one cannot use this apartment gym due to this weird timing that they have kept . As rent paying tenants we believe we have the full rights to access all of the amenities as promised . When asked the incharge about the same , he replied to us with least interest and did not take any concern on this matter. This is not something that you expect when you stay at a place that you consider as home from past many years !”

“The worst facility management i've ever seen
They are not switching the A/C in the corridor to save money and its burning ( my kids getting sick because of that and they doesn't care.
Management not honest, they have application for complaint and they just close it without taking actions or replying back.”

“This building is a nightmare Im just waiting to end this contract to leave, the worst experience of rent in my life, just if i can give zero star rating for everything literally everything. Starting from’ the noise that comes from up flat and when complaining they dont even answer you, im recording the noise till 3 am to show it to the security and the management but no one do anything , i reached the management about 4 times and the building guard about 15 times from the years and I either get weird answer or I get no answer at all. Second thing the garbage room always dirty and smelly people are throwing their garbage on the floor despite I reported this to management and they said what can we do? Third issue is the parking area the shed by thin fabric and exposed from sides where sun n dust n rain gets in easily all the time, plus they dont keep a trolly in parking area in case you need to carry some staff in but you need to go down to reception ask for it and wait till someone brings it to you if not taken by another tenant.Fourth issue that the building is U shaped and they kept kids playing area is in between the inner side so all noise and scream from the kids you feel it inside your flat so load , so many issues that cant write everything here. In general I don’t recommend this building AT ALL”

“I've been living in this building for the past 2 years and I must say, the frequent false fire alarms have become a major source of frustration and fear for my family. The loud sirens and flashing lights are not only disruptive but also scary for my children. I hope the management takes immediate action to fix this problem.
Update Dec 2024: The issue still persists, and management is sleeping”
