“Nightmare building if you want somewhere quiet to live. Kids every weekend screaming by the pool for hours on end. I live on the top floor and it’s unbearable. Security do nothing about this. There are a lot of snagging issues in the building. Poor sound proofing means you can hear the neighbors. The fan connected to the garbage shoot means one can permanently hear a buzzing noise in the bedroom. There is also a lot of work still going on in the building. The toilet in the bathroom has had an issue where it’s over flowing, after several emails it’s still not fixed after a year. Emirates properties have told me they need to make more money on the building itself, which is why it’s not prio…”

“Nightmare building if you want somewhere quiet to live. Kids every weekend screaming by the pool for hours on end. I live on the top floor and it’s unbearable. Security do nothing about this. There are a lot of snagging issues in the building. Poor sound proofing means you can hear the neighbors. The fan connected to the garbage shoot means one can permanently hear a buzzing noise in the bedroom. There is also a lot of work still going on in the building. The toilet in the bathroom has had an issue where it’s over flowing, after several emails it’s still not fixed after a year. Emirates properties have told me they need to make more money on the building itself, which is why it’s not priority for them to fix it! Unbelievable! I would not recommend this building as it’s poorly maintained, noisy and the service is very bad.”

“The building is cool.. Metro is near.. Sheikh Zayed Road is very near. You can reach here very quickly.. And the management is really professional.”

“The pool is out of service for more than two weeks and dirty no gym machines bad , rental price too much regarding the quality of services”
