Al Nasr Square is a development of four towers in Bur Dubai, Dubai. The towers are Al Nasr Square - Block A, Al Nasr Square Block B, Al Nasr Square Block D and Al Nasr Square C. Oud Metha Metro station is a 8-minute walk. Within 800 metres there are 52 places to eat, 31 shops and 18 pharmacies and clinics. On foot it rates as very walkable.

“Emirates Properties is Worst Facility Management Company in UAE. They will not do any maintenance. They will steal your deposit and never return back the deposit even if you make perfect handingover condition. They will also try to robbe you and increase rent every year more than 10% despite RERA not allowing this and they will not abide by RERA Terms.”

“The most terrible building management you can ever see. Rusty elevators that breakdown. Stinky corridors. Pest issues. Dim light saving lights in elevators. Zero common sense in disputes. Terrible building hygiene. Terrible customer service when it's time to deal with payments etc. They will try to scam you into paying above the legal limit for increase until threatened to go to RDC.”

“The building is very well built, but whenever we go inside this building to make a delivery, as soon as we enter the elevator and as soon as the elevator reaches any floor, the mobile signal stops working. Please spend a little more so that the mobile signal is not jammed. No one comes or goes inside the building. For God's sake, I request you people. This is not the first building we visit, so the signal should stop.”

“I had a very disappointing experience with Emirates Properties during my two years living in their building. They are clearly only focused on making money, with no regard for their tenants’ needs or concerns. Regular maintenance was neglected, and any issues that arose were either ignored or delayed indefinitely. What’s worse is their practice of withholding regular upkeep to the point where they rely on tenants’ security deposits to cover basic building maintenance after tenants move out. This approach is unfair, unprofessional, and speaks volumes about their lack of responsibility. I would not recommend renting from this company to anyone who values proper property management or even basic tenant care. Avoid at all costs!”

“Very noisy! Every Saturday loud music is played from places outside even after 11pm . And every second weekday drums and screaming into microphone from stadium and schools starting at 7am or earlier. Maintenance can be better too...”

“One of the ugliest places to live in.. Noise all the time from drilling and moving furnitures, Cant sleep, because the wake me up at all times. And the security has no power over anything in the buildings, and act nothing.”
