“In general the location is satisfactory—quiet, secure…”

“In general the location is satisfactory—quiet, secure and well supplied with everyday facilities—although private transport is sometimes necessary. Administrative staff are inattentive; electronic messages and telephone calls go unanswered, indicating a weak organisation. The district itself is peaceful yet experiences excessive restructuring activity. The gym is of very low quality and scarcely merits the name. (Positives: Clean. Negatives: Management.)”
