“Al Sayyah Residence is one of the best residential buildings in Arjan in terms of apartment size and facilities. Security is excellent, and virtually everything you need for daily life is just a few steps from your apartment. Directly beneath the building, you’ll find a hypermarket, medical center, pharmacies, restaurants, cafés, a butcher shop, and both men’s and women’s salons, making everyday living extremely convenient.”

“Block c night shift security was very rude.. someone going front of me and i enterd the lift and when i cpne back he said you dondt have sence its alowed in uae to not respect someone... the management team pls warn him otherwise next time its happen to me i will ca the police pr file the case on the management be carful..🤫🤫🤫”

“I have lived here for several months now and it was good at first. The finishes are cheap and tiles are cracked and the showers don't drain because the tiles are slanted uphill. It is the typical low quality construction of the city. The biggest issue is the parking. When we moved in we were promised there would be plenty of parking in the front. It was only just a dirt lot then and we all parked in on it, but we were told they were putting in a parking lot. That didn't happen. Instead the city came around and put in huge sidewalks that are ten meters wide and no parking. People fight for the ten spots that are left. Our guests have to park a ten to fifteen minute walk away to get to our place. Since we have two cars and only one garage spot, I often have to be park far away. Once the buildings start filling up, there will be no parking left. While the building owner can't control the city, he could offer garage parking spots to tenants who were promised parking. But he wants 5000 aed for another spot. No consideration for the tenants. And the management company, Bay Homes, is useless. They are only there to collect the deposits and get people to move in. The only good thing is the maintenance guys. They are quick to respond and take good care of us.”
