“We have been staying with Al waleed 5 since 4 years. That time the watchman was Mr. Khaja and he was very helpful and would always inform the tenants if anything and help the tenants if any guidance needed. We have not had issues earlier even for maintainance. Recently since a month me and my husband are following up the office for painters to come as there needs some painting work to be done. Every time they tell us a day and time me or my husband have stayed back home for the team but no one has turned back Even today 11th Feb the painting team was to be sent at 11.00 am then 11.00 became 1 and before 2.00 pm still no one turned up. My husband takes time off from work and stayed back each time the painters were scheduled but Since 3 weeks we r following and there is no one come for a solution yet. Very bad team coordination I even went to the reception and informed the day Watchman last week about painters coming. He too showed least respect or response to us as it’s not for him to do anything… There are many minute things I have to say but the day watchman does not seem to be very cooperative. Since a year I guess another watchman sits during the day seems to not be approachable to all the tenants equally. Very disappointed with the maintaince team. I would like to get in touch with the higher management to hear our our complaints and kindly bring in a solution for the same at the earliest.”

“It’s a very good apartment building in the Karama area. They have got spacious rooms and well planned layout. It offers facilities like 24 hours Security, access control , basement parking, CCTV , gas pipelines, gymnasium and specially only families reside. Overall a good apartment for living as it located in the prime area.”

“Very bad exhaust and air conditioning...you can smell the cooking/frying /smoking of your neighbors thru the a/c”
