“Advantages include generous unit sizes (though such space is common in Dubai). Disadvantages include inferior finishes—paint peels when a sticky note is applied; extremely noisy neighbours (the building appears occupied largely by young, loud residents who play music at irregular hours); walls so thin that every neighbour activity is audible as though occurring in the same room; difficult building access; virtual absence of nearby amenities except a petrol station; excessively high cooling bills and elevated overall utility costs; gym and pool facilities far too small relative to the size of the building; pricing that exceeds the value offered by the location and amenities; and complete managerial inaction in response to complaints or maintenance requests. In short: noisy occupancy, high cost, poor value—better alternatives exist elsewhere. (Positives: Spacious. Negatives: Low quality finish, noisy neighbors.)”
