“1:30PM (June 19, 2026) Security is very rude. I am working as a cleaner. And I finish my job and seat in the lobby/reception. The security said I am not allowed to sit because I am a cleaner. I said only 3-5mins because I am waiting for my driver to pick me. Security said still not allowed to sit then I ask why not allowed and why they put chairs in lobby if not allowed. I said too much hot outside. I said to the security I am that dirty to not allowed to sit in the chair. Then he said be thankful because I am a lady if not he will grab my hand to put me outside of the building. Don't buy room or flat here security rules is not valid especially now coz it's summer! I will always remember this guard who works in this building. The black man”

“Everything seems very beautiful and seems to be working until you actually live there and have to deal with this management company. The communication is horrible, there’s no facilitating or helping from management side. Not to mention sometimes they treat you like they are doing you a favor, when you are their costumer. Many maintenance issues that you have to address too many times for them to get fixed, or in our cases, we are leaving because it didn’t get fixed (mold damaging our clothes, furniture, etc). I’m so happy I didn’t end up buying an apartment there.”

“I live in this building and honestly i love everything about it except for the securities , very bad i even called and complained to the management about how bad they are and how they think they own this building by closing the lounge room whenever they want while it clearly says 8am to 10pm and the management informed me that there isn’t any order to close it during the day!! But they alone decide They dont even know my husband! They ask him to which apartment hes going to!! Honestly very disappointed to have such security in a really great building”
