“I visited the reviews section intending to report the building’s issues, but I was surprised to see so many glowing testimonials that all seem copy-and-pasted. Here’s the harsh reality: the swimming pool in this building has been out of service for two months. Not once has any member of the management or maintenance team lifted a finger to address it. Dozens of inquiries about repair timelines—or even just some sign of action—have gone unanswered; the managers responsible simply ignore residents. Unfortunately, with no authority holding them accountable or listening to tenant concerns, I feel compelled to leave this review. Anyone considering purchasing or renting here deserves to know the truth about what life in this building is really like.”
