“Our time at Aria Gardens started off well, but unfortunately, it turned into a very disappointing experience that ultimately led us to move out. The biggest issue with this building is the lack of proper soundproofing — the walls are incredibly thin, and you can hear almost every conversation, TV, or movement from neighboring apartments. It often felt like there was no privacy at all. For the rent you pay here, you would expect at least basic insulation to ensure peace and comfort, but sadly, that’s not the case. To make matters worse, we had a particularly difficult neighbor who was constantly causing unnecessary drama and spreading false stories about us to the management. Despite trying…”

“Our time at Aria Gardens started off well, but unfortunately, it turned into a very disappointing experience that ultimately led us to move out. The biggest issue with this building is the lack of proper soundproofing — the walls are incredibly thin, and you can hear almost every conversation, TV, or movement from neighboring apartments. It often felt like there was no privacy at all. For the rent you pay here, you would expect at least basic insulation to ensure peace and comfort, but sadly, that’s not the case. To make matters worse, we had a particularly difficult neighbor who was constantly causing unnecessary drama and spreading false stories about us to the management. Despite trying to remain polite and respectful, their behavior became unbearable and created an uncomfortable living environment. It reached a point where we felt there was no choice but to leave. This experience really ruined what could have been an otherwise pleasant stay. That said, I do want to acknowledge the positives — the security staff and maintenance team at Aria Gardens are truly exceptional. They are always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any issues. The building itself is kept clean, and maintenance requests are handled promptly. The team clearly takes pride in their work, and they deserve full credit for their efforts. However, no matter how great the staff is, it’s difficult to overlook the poor construction quality and noise problems that seriously affect daily life. The lack of proper soundproofing and one unpleasant neighbor completely overshadowed the good parts of living here. In short, Aria Gardens has no potential, until the thin walls and lack of sound insulation, it’s hard to recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet or comfortable home environment, especially if you are blessed with the misfortune we had of an absolutely terrible neighbor”

“The recent parking situation is a disgrace. They have knocked on my apartment door They have asked me for paperwork They have asked me for email I have sent my emirates id I have sent my mulkiya I have been asked when I enter the lift And I still can’t enter We have a smell of fish in our apartment We reported it to maintenance They have said there is no problem”

“I dont recommend considering this building. Horrible experience with the management and the staff, the apartment has no sound proofing (I could literally hear my neighbor whenever he is in the toilet, if he flushes lol or even when he watches a video on his phone in the toilet), the fire alarm rings consistently to the point that the tenets stopped going down the building even if the alarm goes on for more than 15mins. Also at the time I signed the contract they mentioned that there is absolutely no signal in the apartment and that I need to go to the balcony to receive or make my phone calls and that after one month they will have this issue resolved. 5 months later and the signal is still not there! My son’s school tried calling me for an emergency to do with my son and they couldn’t reach out to me which kept me always worried whenever i go back to the apartment during my son’s school timing.. At the time of moving out and the final inspection the supervisor was rude and completed this unpleasant experience with Aria Gardens.”
