“Artesia D, is one of the four towers located in Damac hills with fully furnished apartments starting from Studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom. All apartments come with stylish furniture. The front facing apartments are looking over the beautiful lush green views of the trump international golf course. Over all it is one of the newest projects in Damac hills and is ideal for people working near barsha, marina, tecom, internet city, media city ETC. building is very well maintained and tennis court, swimming pool and a gym.”

“Wallpaper is peeling next to the elevators. Security is inattentive. Parking spaces are blocked by the Radison Hotel! Swimming pool, children's pool tiles are not slip-resistant, my child fell on the floor! Poor quality construction work in the apartments!”

“There’s a serious issue with parking at Artesia D Tower—people just park in your designated spot and you’re left waiting for ages. It’s really frustrating because it happens every day. The security guy did try to help, but this seems to be an ongoing problem here.”

“The elevators are always filthy and barely working, the parking area smells awful and is constantly dirty, and the security guards clearly don’t care, I honestly don’t know why we’re paying all this money. Over 30k a year for what? This place is in terrible shape and nothing ever improves. It’s honestly a waste of money at this point!!”

“Staff here is rude and inefficient. Receptionist yells at residents and turned nasty on me. I was waiting for a taxi in the lobby and each person came with problems, security was lazy, lying to residents are making up excuses. They are typical of their culture types.”

“I got an apartment in this tower, all is great) the reception is friendly and the building management is helpful, the pool and gym are like in a hotel, it’s fresh and clean building. I have no issue living here))”

“Do not use The worst elevators are in artesia C . Electricity cuts off every time i use it and they keep vibrating and jerking all the time . Damac hills management never bother themselves to repair them ignoring the safety measures for the tenants .”
