“I lived in Art Gardens for 3 years. The building itself is beautiful — the apartments are well-finished, and the gym and pool are genuinely lovely. The local owner has clearly invested in creating a high-quality property. Unfortunately, the management is extremely weak and unprofessional. They allow drilling even during restricted and sensitive times such as Friday mornings in Ramadan. When residents raise concerns, management avoids direct communication and sends security instead of addressing tenants professionally. There is also no proper visitor parking, which makes it very inconvenient for guests, and no easy or organized entrance for delivery drivers, which creates daily frustration…”

“I lived in Art Gardens for 3 years. The building itself is beautiful — the apartments are well-finished, and the gym and pool are genuinely lovely. The local owner has clearly invested in creating a high-quality property. Unfortunately, the management is extremely weak and unprofessional. They allow drilling even during restricted and sensitive times such as Friday mornings in Ramadan. When residents raise concerns, management avoids direct communication and sends security instead of addressing tenants professionally. There is also no proper visitor parking, which makes it very inconvenient for guests, and no easy or organized entrance for delivery drivers, which creates daily frustration. It’s disappointing because the building itself deserves much better management. I will be moving out because of the poor management — not because of the building. Zero stars for management. Serious improvement is needed.”

“My experience from the first moment was good, I had an agent who supported me in everything Mohamad, I really like the building, my neighbors are good, the pool and common areas are simple but cozy. What I don't like is that there is no security at night”

“The worst experience i have ever had in Dubai! I have been trying to book an apartment from landlord office for the last 3 weeks and every time they said its booked for you and we just need to get a confirmation. They requested many documents including salary certificate which i believe is illegal.however i provide them with every document they requested and after so many follow ups they will come back to you saying its approved but sorry the apartment is reserved already to someone else and then i had same scenario with 3 more apartments. They keep giving false promises and they are unprofessional at all. I wasted 3 weeks for nothing! I don’t recommend this company to anyone. Be Aware!”

“Tried to rent in this building twice. It every time the management company request every conceivable document and then drag their feet until finally they inform the apartment has been rented by someone else… not sure how to rent there to be honest”

“I wanted to take a moment to recognize the amazing work and support that I received from Thomas and Rakesh. They both went above and beyond to ensure that I have a safe and comfortable experience in my new building. Thomas was always available to answer my questions and provide support whenever I needed it. He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and made me feel confident that I am in good hands. Rakesh was also amazing. Both was always prompt and efficient in addressing any issues that I had, and always went the extra mile to ensure that everything was taken care of. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality service is truly impressive. Thank you both for your hard work and commitment to excellence!”
