“This building is grossly overpriced for what it offers. Despite charging premium rates, the overall quality, management, and maintenance are poor. There are frequent cracking noises from the windows, which is unsettling and should not be acceptable in a high-priced building. Maintenance issues are handled slowly and only after repeated follow-ups. Even basic services, such as external window cleaning, required multiple emails to be addressed. Low bathroom water pressure is another ongoing issue with no solution. Air conditioning units were never cleaned. Fire alarms are triggered excessively, often multiple times per day and during the night and never for a valid reason causing constant…”

“This building is grossly overpriced for what it offers. Despite charging premium rates, the overall quality, management, and maintenance are poor. There are frequent cracking noises from the windows, which is unsettling and should not be acceptable in a high-priced building. Maintenance issues are handled slowly and only after repeated follow-ups. Even basic services, such as external window cleaning, required multiple emails to be addressed. Low bathroom water pressure is another ongoing issue with no solution. Air conditioning units were never cleaned. Fire alarms are triggered excessively, often multiple times per day and during the night and never for a valid reason causing constant annoyance. Parking is a nightmare. There have also been water leaks coming through ceiling light fixtures, which raises serious safety concerns and reflects a lack of preventative maintenance. To make matters worse, ongoing construction in the neighboring building creates continuous noise and disturbance, with no clear communication or resolution timeline. Overall, this building fails to meet even basic expectations for its price point. The living experience does not justify the cost. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.”

“Never rent in this building, Very bad building management, 1. All aluminum and facade system make noise all the time due to change of temperature so comaction and elongation may brake the window on top of your head while sleeping I reported the same to them they didn't care 2.Car parking mess , they have all 2 bedrooms and only single parking I don't know how they got approval for that Also they rented out the shops for clinic which also screwed the building up 3. Very noisy construction near them which starts 6 am and no action 4. Water was leaking from the lights 5. No AC cleaning like forever”

“Building is new, apartments are spacious and the overall amenities available are amazing. The building guard was however no where to be found when we visited. I stayed there for half an hour but the reception was empty.”
