“I would give zero stars if I could. Just three months ago, I would have given this building 5 stars. Unfortunately, since SBK took over the management, the cleanliness and hygiene standards have dropped to zero. Many cockroaches are seen in the common areas and even into some apartments. Multiple tenants have reported the issue to SBK, yet no action has been taken despite promises of an "immediate" response. For a family building, this level of hygiene is simply unacceptable. Given the health concerns associated with a cockroach infestation, I would not recommend living in any building managed by SBK. “I would not recommend this building. There is a serious cockroach infestation affecting both the common areas and some apartments. The common areas are not cleaned properly, which only makes the problem worse. The swimming pool is also poorly maintained and does not meet the standard you would expect from a residential building in Dubai. Unfortunately, the property management company, SBK Real Estate, has been largely unresponsive to residents’ concerns. There seems to be a lack of investment in basic maintenance and pest control, which is disappointing given the rent being charged. Residents have raised these issues repeatedly, yet the situation remains unresolved. Overall, the building’s maintenance and management fall well below expectations.”

“The apartment service used to be very good, and I was genuinely satisfied in the past. However, since the new management took over(SBK), the quality has dropped significantly. Communication has become slow and unhelpful, and requests that were previously handled quickly are now delayed or ignored. The level of maintenance and cleanliness has also declined, with several issues left unresolved for long periods. It’s disappointing to see such a big change, especially when the service was once reliable and professional. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this apartment service under the current management.”

“Very good building with beautiful and spacious appartment! Khurram Ali takes great care of us for maintenance! Farook did as well before him. We are always very well looked after.”

“Recently, there has been a strong and unpleasant odor that is reaching my apartment, which is highly concerning. I have never experienced such an issue before. In addition to the smell, there has been a noticeable increase in flies, indicating that pest control measures may be urgently required. Unfortunately, since SBK took over, it seems that maintenance and organization standards have declined. I kindly request that immediate action be taken to address both the odor and pest control situation.”

“Hi I’m from unit number 313, The maintenance guy Khurram Ali is a very good person and is very helpful with handling day to day operations and is always prompt with responding to and actioning things from a technical standpoint within the building. Just wanted to give him a shoutout.”

“Excellent building with a friendly community. Found this place and decided to move in within a few hours. Great location right next to the bridge, 2 mins from Spinneys, and free parking close by. The rooms are big and bright, great finishing, very well maintained, and very quiet and peaceful.”
