“I found that their ( park view building ) security and reception staff are uncooperative nonprofessional. They feel you under value and keep you disrespectful. They are unmannered and zero tolerance staff. They will behave badly and harshly. I will suggest to management that they should look over behaviour and communication skill of the staff if not they will ruin the company reputation.”

“This is the worst building I have lived in during my 10 years in Dubai. I have lived in different areas and different buildings, but I have never experienced so many issues in one place like Vision 2. 1. Parking problem: There is no basement parking — only ground-level spots around the building. People park anywhere they can, blocking doors and creating daily chaos. 2. The fire alarm issue (the worst part): The fire alarm goes off more than 7 times a day with an extremely loud noise 🚨. It’s honestly unbearable, especially if you have babies or if you work morning shifts and need proper sleep. Getting any rest here is almost impossible.”

“Not a good maintenance and there is no parking space here im renting 2 bedroom and i have only 1 parking spot and the parking space here is less than the apartments also since more than a year the swimming pool is closed and no play area for the kids as the made the area as extra apartments to make money”
