From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“Very good property with modern structure, good utilization of space in apartments, good service and very good maintenance company as well. 24/7 security at building and this building is surrounded by Salons, Restaurants, Cafes, supermarkets, laundries and pharmacies. Al Mawared officials are good and cooperative to complete the end to end process. Amenities are like small gym and swimming pool with kids play.”

“This building is terrible - no pool, no gym. The company that owns it, Al Mawared, is extremely unreliable. They can't stick to their word and keep changing things up. It's infuriating!”

“"Exceptional Experience at Apartment 607, Barari Hills Residency! I've been residing at Apartment 607 in Barari Hills Residency for 6 months now, and I must say, it has been an absolute delight. The management and owner have gone above and beyond to ensure that residents like myself feel welcomed and well taken care of. The quality of service provided here is outstanding. From prompt responses to maintenance requests to ensuring the premises are well-maintained, the management truly deserves commendation. Moreover, the amenities and facilities provided add immense value to the living experience.
