“Beware of Extremely high Chiller bills and unprofessional service from real estate team. Every year during renewal there is a fee of 1000 as "ADMIN FEE / SERVICE CHARGE/ etc etc" Do inspect the apartment in thorough and definitely keep a record of the way you receive this apartment as later they will try to scam and make you pay from your security deposit in every possible way. Always ensure to keep through future proof documentation to have a safe stay. The renewal charges are not even as per the RERA norms, you always have to send several reminders to get any response This was my experience with the stay here. Terrible in all possible way !!”
