Dubailand is not really a neighbourhood. It is the umbrella name for a very large stretch of inland Dubai either side of Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Emirates Road and Al Qudra Road. Dozens of separate communities sit inside it, among them Motor City, Sports City, Arjan, Majan, Liwan, Mudon, Remraam and Villanova, and they have little in common beyond the address.
What they do share is the trade: newer homes, more space and lower rents than anywhere nearer the coast, in exchange for distance and a car. No part of it has a metro station. Between one community and the next the difference is large, so the name on its own tells you very little, which is what the building level ratings below are for.

Residents answer the same ten questions about daily life at home, and tens of thousands of public reviews of the same buildings are sorted into those same ten questions.
