“One of the best buildings in Barsha Heights and very convenient access to metro. Building management has improved a lot recently. Good and very useful security team (Suzit and Waqas). Only suggestion is to restore the swimming pool”

“The apartment and the location are excellent, with the metro station right across the road. I would especially like to thank Sujeet, who works as a security here. Although there have been some issues affecting the peace and quiet of the building, Sujeet has always been very helpful and supportive. He assisted me a lot during my move and was always willing to help with household matters as well. He treated me like a friend, and I truly appreciate all his support. Thank you, Sujeet.”

“Boutique 7 Hotel & Suites is one of the best apartments I have ever seen. It is very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The security service is excellent and very responsible. “Good building. Solid, Silent and Clean. The new management company is doing a good work for the maintenance. It's definitely above average of the typical Dubai Tower. Staff is available and solves issues quickly.”

“The building is located in a very convenient location which is about eight minutes walk to the metro station. There are lots of stores, shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. The apartment includes two storeys. Before move in it is very clean and tidy. Also we got staff and security and technical team which are very responsive.We specially thank Suzit for his cooperation and support during the month we move in.”
