“Not liked much as flats are of diff but ajeeb shapes. Kitchen is not suitable for indian food preparation.”

“Many a times there is some or the other renovations / construction activities going on in the adjacent mall overnight. As mall is closed only during night so most construction is done in night and create too much noise and disturbance.”

“High Rent, Low Standards This place charges premium prices but delivers poor service. Expect surprise fees, like being charged for a “damaged” key card without proof or any attempt to fix it. Maintenance is terrible — an outlet that never worked was dismissed as “the building is old, and the cable has been cut”. It took 4 months of follow-ups to get my car plate registered, causing constant inconvenience. Between hidden fees, slow service, and dismissive management, it’s not worth the rent.”

“One of the worst-managed buildings in Dubai. The management and maintenance team are completely unhelpful and unresponsive when it comes to resolving even the simplest issues. You’ll be chasing them endlessly with no real solutions. Despite the high rent, the property is old and not worth the price. If you’re thinking of moving here—don’t. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.”
