From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“California Village is one of the most pleasant villa communities we have worked in across Dubai. The community is well maintained, family-friendly, and ideal for modern smart home upgrades. We recently completed a home automation project here and found the residents and management team professional and welcoming. Looking forward to supporting more homeowners in California Village with smart lighting, security, networking, and home automation solutions. The Install Guyss”

“Fantastic location. Large apartment sizes. Good entry price and payment plan. One of the few communities with semi detached villas and apartment building using common amenties.”

“Its a beautiful and a lavish community. Unlike others who have very small houses these days. This community has large plot size and a decent built up. The community has ample amount green space, parks, villas and townhouses”
