“Below is a formal English version suitable for sending to management: Dear Management of Channel Front Residences 7A, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the conduct of a security guard assigned to the morning shift at Channel Front Residences 7A. For some time now, the same security guard has been repeatedly knocking and ringing my apartment door early in the morning, typically between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM, especially on weekends. The reasons provided for these visits have not been urgent or justified. As a result, my entire household, including small children, is being unnecessarily awakened. This repeated disturbance significantly affects our ability to rest and creates avoidable stress for our family. Such actions are unacceptable and do not reflect appropriate interaction with residents. I kindly request that management: 1. Conduct an internal review of this matter. 2. Ensure that residents are not disturbed in early morning hours without legitimate and urgent reason. 3. Provide proper instructions to security staff regarding professional and respectful communication with residents. 4. Confirm in writing that this issue has been addressed and that similar incidents will not occur in the future. I trust that management will treat this matter with seriousness and take the necessary steps to resolve it promptly.”

“To be honest, the only reason it’s getting a 1 star is the location. Unfortunately there’s a huge issue with these canal front residences. The lifts are probably the most unsafe I’ve ever been in. The maintenance team is not only hard to book, but never fix the job even after doing the same request over 4 times. And the worst of it all, is the sewage smell that goes across the halls and into the bedrooms at random hours throughout the week. It is so embarrassing when you have guests over, and so unpleasant when you’re paying such an overpriced rate for sewage water ambience. Please stay away from these developments if you can. You will find cheaper options at much better quality.”

“I’ve lived in building 8 for 4 months now. It started off a bit rocky when my upstairs neighbor decided to go a full renovation on their condo. Construction NONE STOP. it’s still going on but drilling happens rarely now and if it does i call the police and report them and it stops immediately. They. An only do construction from 10-5. There’s construction across the canal but shockingly i never hear it it’s never been a sound issue with them now the lights are a different issue on often but i have black out curtains so easily fixed. But when im relaxing a can’t enjoy my view of the Burj but that can’t be helped as of lately i thought the building would get better but im paying for so much that isn’t available or is sub par. -The elevator is always dirty -there is no service elevator so they’ve covered one and it smells so bad. I refuse to use it I’ll wait on the other. But it’s also dirty - the pool they said would be working months ago is still not working -the steam room does not work -the sauna does not work - the gym that i was told they would add more equipment to is still lacking. And unfinished - a lot of tenants begged for a bench and instead of giving us the quality in which we are paying for it’s a dangerous shabby bench that broke mid lift and my back still hurts. - the water doesn’t get very hot and it doesn’t stay hot for long. So drawing a hot bath is out the question. - i’ve put in a couple requests with Google to register Canal front residence 8. But it still hasn’t been done by the Building or Owner yet so it’s really hard to order a taxi when you need one. And if you are delivering something or getting something delivered, they may go to the other side of the canal. This could be easily fixed by the building owner. It just needs to register their business the same way they did with this one and the same way they did with building 9”
