“My personal experience in this building has been disappointing. I experienced repeated maintenance issues, including a prolonged AC failure and delays in resolving the problem despite multiple reports. Based on my experience, communication from the security and maintenance teams was not satisfactory, and I did not receive the level of support I expected during what I considered an urgent situation. I also observed recurring insect and cockroach issues during my stay. Overall, my experience with maintenance, communication, and emergency response did not meet my expectations, and I hope these areas will be improved for future tenants.”
