“I have been living in Central Towers, Block B, Arjan for the past three years, and unfortunately, my experience has become increasingly disappointing. In front of our building, there is ongoing construction work that creates constant noise day and night. The dust from the site enters our apartment through the windows and balcony, making it very difficult to maintain cleanliness and comfort. Another major concern is the fire alarm system. For the past two weeks, the alarm has been going off almost every night, usually between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Security keeps saying it is only for training purposes, but no official notice has been given. This situation feels extremely unsafe, especial…”

Also many thanks for Desan and Akram the security team for Tower A&B for being so nice and helpful. Also the maintenance team was very speedy and helpful. We hope to enjoy our stay with you all. “I have been living in Central Towers, Block B, Arjan for the past three years, and unfortunately, my experience has become increasingly disappointing. In front of our building, there is ongoing construction work that creates constant noise day and night. The dust from the site enters our apartment through the windows and balcony, making it very difficult to maintain cleanliness and comfort. Another major concern is the fire alarm system. For the past two weeks, the alarm has been going off almost every night, usually between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Security keeps saying it is only for training purposes, but no official notice has been given. This situation feels extremely unsafe, especially as I live here with my young child — I can’t tell whether it’s a real emergency or not. Additionally, the lift was out of service for nearly two months, and repairs took an unreasonably long time. There are also constant issues with our parking space — despite owning it, we frequently find other vehicles occupying our spot. The maintenance service is very slow and unresponsive. I reported a balcony door issue eight months ago; the team came once and said they needed to buy a part, but never returned. Despite several follow-up emails to management, I have not received any updates or solutions. Overall, while the rent continues to increase every year, the quality of service, maintenance response, and building safety have significantly declined. I sincerely hope the management takes these concerns seriously, as residents deserve a safe and well-maintained living environment. Laila from the management is unprofessional broker as she taking a weeks and months to reply to the tenants who is renting this apartment for more than 3 years. Poor customer service 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽”

“I personally walked around this building and it's horrible. I haven't seen such dirty buildings in all of Arjan. This building is the main disgrace of the area in its current condition. It's as if this house moved from Deira.”

“The house inside is good but there is kids that they make noise even the pool gets dirty and do you that i hate to swim becaus the kids and even the elevator smells bad”

“If it was possible to give zero stars I would. The building is very poorly maintained, the common areas are dirty, the swimming pool, the gym, the playground for children is deplorable. They left the good reviews on the building and quickly rushed to remove the bad ones. Go your own way, it's really not worth the price. Furthermore, the lack of professionalism of the building management staff, noted Mrs. Laila, is a great shame.”

“We have been living here for the past 4 years … the building is clean and security folks are stars … I have always received service as soon as requested .. I would add reasonable rental price compared to the zone .. in the HQ LAILA is always there to support on short notice”
