“Rosewater building you can't come from road side parking area. your delivery bike or car leave at entry gate and walk 1 km then reach your building for delivery. Plz customer do not book you apartments here because here not repeat staff 😑 and management.”

“Structure are impressive but today the receptions who assigned today around 1:00PM (29.06.2026) is very dis appointing. He dont even understand what is NOC and supporting documents. He is delaying the works of services which is not acceptable. HE IS NOT SUPPORTIVE BUT THE TEAM COMPLY ALL RELEVANT DOCUMENTS..”

“An amazing community. So many cafes and everything is so walkable it’s so clean and there’s pools and play areas for kids. It’s truly a great community to live in. The access to the lagoon is a big win”

“All Emeer building is too much problem for bike rider special for creek rose water building 2 main entrance other side loading Ben 9 But but open the interns loading bay 6 half kilometre for walking to mach waste your time delivery boys”

“Bought 2 units here . It was a no brainer Emaar long term liquidity, stsble rents , - it’s got the latest things: more green areas, walkable, boardwalk with restaurants, no touts, no stupid small shop stands, etc. Whatever they build next will probably be even better. Absolutely love it.”
