Dubai Creek Harbour is an Emaar development on the Ras Al Khor side of the Creek, beside the flamingo sanctuary and about ten minutes from the airport. It is planned around a marina, a promenade and a made beach. What stands so far is apartment towers of one to four beds, in phases such as Creek Horizon, Creek Edge and Harbour Views.
The water and the Downtown skyline across it are the draw, and prices sit below Downtown itself. It is still unfinished. There is no metro, retail comes down to whatever has opened at ground level, ferries run to Festival City and Al Jaddaf, and residents live alongside continuing construction. The towers are new, so management is what separates them.

How the Dubai Creek Harbour ranking is built
Residents answer the same ten questions about daily life at home, and tens of thousands of public reviews of the same buildings are sorted into those same ten questions. A resident’s answer outweighs a visitor’s; padded stars and review farms are stripped before anything is counted. What survives becomes one score out of ten, comparable across every building in Dubai. The full method.
