“This building previous name is The Fern Heights. Location is very good as it is near the metro. They already renovated the lobby so it’s a good move from the new management. However, there are still problems without any solution from day 1, we can hear the cars especially at night while sleeping, soundproof is very bad. You can hear the neighbor flushing their toilet. Recently, when the neighbor is cooking fish we can smell it from our toilet and kitchen. 🤷‍♀️”

“Small cockroaches everywhere in the common areas !! The rotien Pest Control which the building undergoing is NOT effective ! This problem recently reflecting on us. I start seeing the cockroach in my appartemnt!!! Moreover, from time to time.. cooking smell from other neighbors is reching my toilet and kitchen... Furthermore, guest toilet .. sewarage smell is not controlled since day one of living in Cubital heights. In addition, balcony slide doors .. is not sound controlled.. noise of the street is reaching appartement make you feel that you are living in middle of the street. Adding to all above, the building management are refusing to give me my rent Contract... duspite that payment done 6 month ago at time of renewal !!! Very strange behaviour of incompetence FM team!!! Update: carpark video added and LL videobadded 17June2026.. it show that cockroaches just living happily next to the carpark garbage 🗑 bin Moreover: the emergency EXIT light signage is all time OFF, this is life and safety concerns and not inline with DCD guidline !!!”

“Old name is The Fern Heights Building Pro: Space is good Near to Metro Cons: Lots of health concerning issue within the building. Water is contaminated. I have tested it before installing my reverse osmosis and its was positive with ecoli. Water piping is all rusty you need to change your filter 2x a month. The 1st picture of the filter is just installed and use for 1x shower and the other is used for 15 days. approx 30 showers. When we started renting on this place you can smell the sewage gas from the toilet. They have to seal the toilet and now from time to time you can still smell it. Really bad sound proofing. You can hear cars from the road and people walking in the hallway.”
