“I can't express how bad living here, I regret being fooled by their fake luxury promises. The building is nightmare, every 2 months they sell an apartment and for some reason the new owner must decide to do construction, so you are living inside construction site in real, drilling and crazy noise all day long, when you complain, no body cares. The sound proof is super bad to limit that you hear all your neighbors toilet routines, as the pipes in ceiling and walls gives you all the realtime updates. Public holiday, weekend, whatever, the construction inside the building never stop. It's a true nightmare.”

“The most unprofessional people and developer! I be been put in contact direct with the development team as I wanted to acquire 2 beds apartments, chased them for almost 3 weeks, non of them ever send me options. Only reply was, ‘we will send you the best for you’. Lost credibility in this and good you didn’t send me options on time, after seeing what you offer … 😵‍💫”
