From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“Staying here for 3 years The maintenance team was good , but now it is horrible , They introduced some smart system to report issue but good luck to get that sorted, without solving issues they will close and blame software For a problem to get solved it will take 3-4 months, Sad to put review like this but this is reality Only due to poor maintenance and service we deciding to move out also not to buy Dania property”
