“Terribly noisy neighbors. Poor facility management. No Network for an entire year and counting. You pay for luxury living but all you get is low quality finishing, major maintenance issues and almost no sleep at all. Situated near the Meydan Hotel, we are exposed to all sorts of projected noise coming from their night club and no amount of complaints seems to resolve the issue. Overpriced for nothing. Can’t wait to move out. Definitely don’t recommend.”

“Looking for a NIGHTMARE?! That's the place!!! Extremely unprofessional management. Place is overpriced for absolutely nothing. No network coverage across many units in the building. Which means you'll miss important phone calls and won't be able to pay for delivery using the card machine. It's a pain. Had many maintenance issues, noisy neighbors and horrible cleanliness. Unlike any professional law abiding management/ real estate company, this particular management doesn't return deposit amonuts even if you leave the apartment clean as new with no damage caused whatsoever, let alone it takes them forever to reply to any emails or concerns. It's such a shame!”

“Good building, nice view, free parking and gym and swimming pool included, with great facilities and cannot enter building unless security sees you or you have a special access card”
