“This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The staff are unprofessional, very very rude ( specially the receptionist and the call center), and completely lacking in basic courtesy. Every interaction felt unpleasant, and requests were met with indifference rather than assistance. Communication was poor, concerns were ignored, and there was little respect shown toward tenants. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable property management or professional service. I have never dealt with such poor service and lack of respect. I strongly advise others to think twice before renting through this company Even one star is too much for them”

“Worst real estate company. stay away from them. they need your money only. most bldgs are not well maintained including their head office. they are only good when you started renting a property. Once you are in, they dont care anymore.”

“This management doesn't deserve even 1 star, especially Mr. Azeem. I have observed unprofessional behavior in several interactions, including a lack of eye contact during conversations, which undermines effective communication. Furthermore, Mr. Azeem has enforced strict policies regarding flat rentals, yet it has come to my attention that other tenants are posting rooms for rent, seemingly without issue. This inconsistency in policy enforcement is concerning and raises questions about fairness and transparency in management practices. I believe that addressing these matters is essential. I kindly request an investigation into these concerns and appropriate action.”

“Vallah such a unprofessional horrible management. * without any reason they sent notice to evacuate from the building * there is no maintenance in the building but they cut 1300dirhams from deposit for painting and cleaning * They don't respect the tenants such a rude staff's union *They showing discrimination based on nationality”
