“Nice building and mid-range price with provided kitchen appliances and built-in wardrobe which is a bit small. The layout is quite funny on the lower floor, the rooms have hugh space of balcony which the area is about the room itself or some are larger than its room. You can filled-up your friend and enjoy for party on this large balcony.”

“Very bad building, don’t be fooled with the price and size of the apartment you can’t live there for more than 1 month , the smell is killing you from the bathroom and kitchen, they don’t care about you or what you want and the maintenance team is very bad , all sounds are coming from the outside and all kitchen is very bad and old hinges , don’t be fooled by the kitchen appliances they are all old you need to buy new one , very rude people are here , believe me don’t waste your money”

“Worst place to rent. Stay away. The building management is a bank, and they don't care about your issues and problems, they just reply like robots. There is a cooking smell in the building in all time, you could wake up at 5am from the bad smell. Gas bill and subscription is very expensive in comparison with other buildings. I don't recommend this building to live peacefully with your loved onces.”
