Culture Village is the waterfront strip on the Creek at Al Jaddaf, between Garhoud Bridge and the Business Bay Crossing. The original plan covered several million square metres of galleries, a harbour and residential towers. Part of it was built: Palazzo Versace, D1 Tower, Manazel Al Khor and a handful of apartment buildings on the water.
What did get finished has the Creek on the doorstep and the Al Jaddaf and Creek metro stations within reach, at rents below Downtown. Most of the rest never happened, so residents live among empty plots with little retail and few reasons to walk anywhere. The buildings differ sharply from each other, which is what the ratings below record.

Residents answer the same ten questions about daily life at home, and tens of thousands of public reviews of the same buildings are sorted into those same ten questions.
