“Moving into this building was a mistake. The property feels old and poorly maintained, and there are many safety and maintenance issues that should have been addressed long ago. The children’s play area is in very poor condition and offers almost no shade, making it uncomfortable and potentially unsafe during hot weather. Overall, the facilities do not match the standard I expected. Based on my experience, I would not recommend living here. I truly regret my decision to move into this”

“don’t even get me started on the so-called ‘amenities.’ The pool area is a joke – a sun-baked concrete slab with ZERO shade or umbrellas. Who can possibly enjoy a pool when they’re being roasted alive? It’s completely unusable during the day, which makes me question why it’s even there if residents can’t comfortably use it. But the absolute worst part is the maintenance. My AC has been broken for OVER A MONTH! A MONTH! Despite countless calls, multiple follow-ups, and being repeatedly lied to with promises that someone would ‘attend the following day,’ the issue remains completely unresolved. This isn’t just poor communication; it’s a blatant disregard for resident comfort and well-being. I’m paying good money to live here, and I expect basic functionality and a modicum of respect, neither of which I’ve received. The lack of urgency and accountability is infuriating. There is NO excuse for this level of incompetence and neglect. Avoid this residence at all costs unless you enjoy being ignored and living in discomfort!””

“I am sharing this review based solely on my personal experience as a resident. Since moving in, I have experienced some issues that I believe could be improved. During the moving process, the moving truck was required to park away from the building entrance, which made the move more difficult and time-consuming. The pool area currently has limited shade, and the lack of umbrellas can make it difficult to use comfortably during periods of strong sunlight. I have also experienced delays with a maintenance request concerning my AC. The issue has remained unresolved for over a month, despite several follow-ups and being informed on multiple occasions that the maintenance team would attend the following day. I understand that maintenance issues can sometimes take time to resolve, but based on my experience so far, I believe there is room for improvement in communication, response times, and resident services. This review reflects my personal experience and is intended as constructive feedback. I hope these issues can be addressed for the benefit of current and future residents.”
