“I’m really happy with my accommodation the management team is well-organized, helpful, and always goes the extra mile. Having lived in several buildings before, I can clearly see the difference in their approach and professionalism. This building is uniquely well maintained, with thoughtful touches like free coffee and water at the entrance for tenants something I haven’t experienced elsewhere. It is highly recommended for both families and singles, offering a very safe environment and even welcoming pets.”

“I had a really good experience at DMS Two Residence. The building is modern, well-maintained, and in a great location. The facilities are clean and convenient, and the environment feels safe and comfortable. The management team is supportive and responsive whenever needed. Overall, it’s a peaceful place to live and I would definitely recommend it.”

“Zero rating if possible. Living here has been nothing but noise and discomfort. Loud tenants at all hours, strong cigarette smoke and odor seeping through common areas, barking dogs despite a "no dog rule", and constant crying noises make this building unbearable due to the fact that the sound proof of the building itself is of poor quality. When I reported these issues, management didn't care- they were defensive and dismissive instead of fixing the problems. With so many empty apartments, it's no surprise people are leaving. If you value peace and respectful management, look elsewhere.”

“Unprofessional management and poor security. They recorded outside my apartment door without consent - A clear breach of privacy. Security is inconsistent, noise complaint are handled unfairly, and overall tenant treatment has worsened over time. Would not recommend.”
