“I have been living in this building for almost 3 years and I can say that it’s very good overall. Positive things; Great location, nearby services, good space, good apartment layout, good finishing quality, rent prices started to be fair after COVID, the security and concierge team are nice and helpful. Negative things; no covered parking (they had plans to do it as they said but they never did and they don’t seem as they would do at all!!). The Building Management is strict and uncooperative in many situations, landlord refuses to give 2 months free for people who renew although they give for new tenants! No parking area for bikes, they tend to give short notice when they do change rules,…”

“I’ve been living in Eden apartments around 3 yrs, and I must say i absolutely love our little supportive family community. Location is ideal, motor city is like a village everything we need in one place and real neighborhood authentic long term residents..hope it stays the best kept secret 🤫😍”

“It is owned by one owner and the team managing are very inefficient. Took them 6 months to return security deposit, and that was after so many emails were sent. Lady who manages issues, Yasmine, is a good liar and only talks but nothing would get done. On a side note, apartments are quite spacious, but so loud because of autodrome, on weekends it is difficult to sleep. Maintenance is bad as well and there many problems.”

“Very bad team to deal with for renting the apartments, very unhelpful and they lie a lot :) will not recommend this building because of agency handling it”
