“Reviews are not being published because the SBK company personnel are reporting it.
DO NOT TRUST THE 5 star REVIEWS
The tenants who live here or have lived previously have written the REAL reviews. Poor maintenance. Walls are cracked in the apartment after multiple fixing attempts in 2 years, fire alarm goes off minimum once a day or night. Kids in the play area have nothing to play on, it’s bare open terrace so it’s very noisy. Halls are always smelly and hot because AC are turned off.
All the good reviews are from SBK Company people or building management people.”

The apartments here are incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable. The gym and pool facilities are fantastic, providing great options for staying fit and unwinding after a long day.
One of the things I truly appreciate is the building’s maintenance — everything is kept in top-notch condition, with any issues being addressed promptly. Security is also excellent, with attentive staff ensuring that the building is safe and secure at all times.
Overall, Elysium 2 is a wonderful place to call home, offering both comfort and convenience. Highly recommended!”

“Living in this property has been a disappointing experience overall, especially considering the excessively high rent. The level of service and upkeep does not justify the amount being charged.
One of the major concerns is that the landlord does not follow RERA guidelines, showing a clear lack of accountability and transparency. Tenant concerns are often ignored, and communication is minimal at best.
Maintenance is severely lacking—the paint is peeling in many areas, and overall cleanliness and upkeep are neglected. Basic repairs and preventive maintenance are rarely addressed in a timely manner. The common areas and lobby are poorly ventilated, with minimal air conditioning, making the tenants feel uncomfortable, especially during warmer months.
Dealing with SBK, the property management company, has been equally frustrating. They are unresponsive, lack professionalism, and show little interest in maintaining a good relationship with tenants.
Additionally, the security staff often behave in an unprofessional and unfriendly manner, which adds to the sense of discomfort rather than safety.
In summary, this property falls far short of expectations. The high rent is not justified by the poor maintenance, lack of amenities, and indifferent management. I would not recommend it to anyone seeking a well-managed, tenant-friendly residence.”

“A friendly reminder, always check RERA Rental index before coming as a new tenant or even for renewal. SBK will put rent higher than the market. For renewal, submit complaint to RDC if increase is not within rera index. Also always check bayut for the most recent rent transaction.
This way you can manage to negotiate the rent price.”

“Don't trust any good review. Those are from SBK employees trying to raise the rating of the building.
The management it's extremely poor, as well as the building quality from material to constructions. The fire alarms triggers randomly at any time of day and night, and when we ask explanations they just say it's the smell of spicy food.
The walls are cracking all over perimeters, corners and joints; been fighting to have them fixed many times (which they did twice but still coming back). Security has come to my doors with noises complaints but then when kids scream arouns the corridors at 1am it's ok because as per SBK it's a "Family Building"...
Overall disastrous management... Response time takes months if you receive a reply... but 99% of the times you dont.
If planning to move here, run away! You still on time.”

“Everything is good exepct : childern in the yard make tooooooo much noice, its really annoying. From 4 pm to 9 pm they make noise and they screem, its like you are living in a park !!!!!”
