The amenities are good, the hygiene standards are acceptable, and the pool area is well maintained. Unfortunately, the entire living experience is ruined by the management and especially the security team. The security staff behave as if they create their own rules. Extremely arrogant, unhelpful, and completely lacking professionalism. Even in simple situations like forgetting your access card, they refuse to assist or open the gate, turning basic resident support into an unnecessary argument. “Security Team Ruins the Entire Living Experience The building itself is modern, clean, and relatively new. The amenities are good, the hygiene standards are acceptable, and the pool area is well maintained. Unfortunately, the entire living experience is ruined by the management and especially the security team. The security staff behave as if they create their own rules. Extremely arrogant, unhelpful, and completely lacking professionalism. Even in simple situations like forgetting your access card, they refuse to assist or open the gate, turning basic resident support into an unnecessary argument. Their attitude towards residents is unacceptable and honestly shocking for a building that tries to present itself as premium. I would not recommend living here purely because of the security and management behavior. On top of that, if you own a low car, be prepared to scrape your chassis regularly on the parking ramps due to the poor design.”

“Well-maintained building with neat and clean common areas. The security team is very supportive and helpful. Building maintenance is excellent. Danube is truly best in class”

“The management of Stratum that is taking care of this building is horrible. Very hard to communicate and they are not responding for messages. Very unpleasant staff to deal with. Building is amazing but unfortunately very badly managed.”

“Parking facilities in the building are extremely inadequate, with virtually no space available for visitors. The security team shows little professionalism and does not reflect well on the property. The overall design of the parking area—from the entrance down to the basement—is poorly planned, with several spaces placed in awkward corners that make parking very challenging. Despite enforcing a “no pets” policy, the building has faced far more concerning issues, including inappropriate activities. It is essential for the property management to step in and resolve these matters without delay.”

“I don't really know where to start, there is no sound proofing, and you sit in your house hearing everything that happens outside even the sound of people walking in the corridor. if you have a day off or you work at night you can't sleep more than 8 am because of the noise And the daily routine drilling. the balcony doors are so big that you will not be able to cover them completely Whatever you do, the light will still enter your bedroom because it extends from the ceiling to the floor. Never relax inside your home. The entrance to the parking lot will destroy your car from below”
