“Only positive is the location and access to metro. The building is old, unhygienic, poor maintenance and above all extremely arrogant management. I had a 1 year stay in the building and was made to wait considerably for advance refund and with all sorts of excuses being made from non availability of owners to financial issues for return of due advance. Kindly do research before opting for this building”
