“We love the whole community. All the facilities are great and spacious. The pool, gym, multifunction room, bbq open area and the tennis & basketball court are all amazing and well maintained. All apartments are smart and can easily connect your smart home system. The whole compound is always clean and smells great!! And mostly important, the whole area and all Dubai hills is pet friendly which makes it absolutely great! The dog park and all Dubai Hills park is 4/5 mins walking distance and also 5/7 mins walking distance to The Dubai Hills Mall. They have very strict rules for cleanliness and how everyone should be mindful so no one is ever bothered. They’re handling it very well. Maintenanc…”

“I had a very disappointing experience with the security at Gardenia Block B. One of the African security guards wearing glasses was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. When I arrived, he was not paying attention to his work and was not listening to what I was saying. I had to repeat myself several times just to explain which apartment I wanted to visit. Instead of assisting me properly, he gave vague responses and ignored my questions. I politely asked him if he could please listen to me and attend to my request properly. Instead of helping, he suddenly started shouting at me in front of others and behaved as if he wanted to start an argument. His attitude was aggressive, rude, and completely unacceptable. Security staff are there to assist residents and visitors professionally, not to intimidate or shout at them. I hope the management addresses this issue by providing better customer service training and ensuring all security staff treat visitors with respect, regardless of the situation.”

“We have loved living here! The location is superb and the gym is really nice. However, my neighbours and I have been having air-conditioning problems (also in the gym) and there's been many complaints about the pool not being cleaned enough. We have enjoyed ur apartment with a full equipped kitchen and floor to ceiling windows. It's been a good year other than the hiccups that are manageable.”
