“Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Behavior by Security Staff Date: 31 July 2026 Time of Incident: Approximately 3:45 PM Dear Management, I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable and unprofessional behavior of one of the security guards at Geepas Tower on 31 July 2026 at approximately 3:45 PM. When I arrived at the building to make a delivery, the security guard instructed me to write my details in the visitor entry book. At that time, I was carrying a parcel in my hands and showed my Emirates ID, requesting that he record the details himself. Instead of assisting me, the security guard insisted that I write in the register myself. The situation then became more serious when the security guard personally insulted me, mocked me, laughed at me, and even asked, "Didn't you go to school?" Such comments are disrespectful, humiliating, and completely unacceptable from someone whose duty is to assist visitors professionally. I was also told, "Get out from my building," and informed that I would not be allowed to enter unless I wrote in the entry book. I believe it is inappropriate for a security guard to force visitors to perform tasks in such a manner or to treat them disrespectfully. I strongly condemn this behavior and respectfully request that Able Security Management investigate this incident. I also request that the concerned security guard receive proper professional customer service and communication training so that no other visitor experiences such disrespect in the future.
