“Horrible building and extremely poor management. The previous management was much better. Since the change, the level of care and professionalism has dropped significantly. First, my kitchen cabinets fell, which is already unacceptable. It then took FOUR weeks to replace them, and when they finally did, they installed cabinets in a completely different color. This shows a total lack of attention and accountability. Today was even worse — a fire broke out in my washroom, and the fire alarm did not activate at all. If my nanny had not been home to smell it, the situation could have escalated into something much more serious. When I spoke to security, they said they did not hear anything and that it is “not their job.” The technician’s response was even more alarming — claiming the detector is in the kitchen, so it didn’t detect the fire in the bathroom. This is absolutely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the building’s fire safety systems. This is not just bad service — this is a serious safety issue. Very disappointing experience. I regret renewing my contract.”

“I have been living in this building for 5 years, and unfortunately the situation has become very disappointing since the new management took over. The management team is unprofessional and seems to take advantage of the current residents rather than support them. Maintenance quality is poor and issues are not handled properly. There are serious sanitary and cleanliness problems, including bad smells, insects, and poor cleaning standards throughout the building. Considering the current level of service, the rent is extremely overpriced. Based on my experience, I would not recommend anyone to rent in this building under the current management. If there were an option to give zero stars, I would definitely choose it.”

“Absolute pathetic, worst building and worst management. Please don't trust the reviews, i have lived there previously, they keep deleting the previous google pages multiple times, so the old reviews dissappear, this property is definitely not worth it, poor management, cockroaches everywhere, and bin ham properties is a nightmare, they do not even respond or refund the deposit. Please don't waste your money.”

“Practical with downstairs dry cleaning, shops, Best in Cafe food home delivery, beauty salon. Pool is always open and accessible, gym is accessible never overcrowded. Security helpful. Building is peaceful and family oriented, no issues, no issues from construction site across from Tabeer, soon to be handed over too.”

“I could go on and on about whats wrong with this bldg. parking is a joke you have people parking anywhere they wish, blocking entrance and and exits and sometimes taking your spot. No maintenance, no gym (its a joke) and you are surrounded by constructions. Finally management sucks big time the fact they are giving their own building 5 stars in the review over here says it all. For your own peace of mind find another option.”
