“Honestly, even though the compound is very nice, I’m going through the worst experience. I can’t sleep, and there is constant disturbance during weekdays and even on weekends. I’m actually looking for another place to move out because the situation has become very difficult.
They are working all the time from morning to evening and we are working residents we need rest. We work during the week, and even during our days off we are unable to sleep or properly rest.
I hope there will be cooperation and a solution to this issue for the comfort and well-being of the residents in the area.”

“I read the comments and it seems people only write about problems here. I work in real estate myself and have seen many buildings from top developers with much worse quality at 3 times the price. I purchased an apartment here for personal living and I am incredibly happy. Magnificent view of the golf fields, excellent layout with the possibility to make a full walk-in closet, spacious bathroom, sliding doors between bedroom and living room - very stylish. Yes, of course there are some issues, but they are resolved quickly through a request in the Damac Living app. Here you don't just live in an apartment, but in a developed community with shops, walking areas and a beautiful park where you can ride a bike, play tennis, have a barbecue. If you focus on the positive moments, living here is complete aesthetic pleasure every day.”

“1) Since March 2025, the building windows have not been cleaned even once. As a result, the façade is visibly dirty, and the view from the apartments is significantly obstructed. This issue has been raised multiple times with DAMAC Hills Community Management (LOAMS) via email. However, the responses received have been vague and did not include any clear schedule or timeline for the window cleaning.
2) DAMAC Hills Community Management (LOAMS) has refused to enable parking access cards for residents with parking spaces on levels P1 and P2 to pass through the Golf Vita barrier, which is the designated and most direct entrance to these parking levels. Their explanation was that the barriers are integrated with apartment details and can only be registered under the same building unit. In reality, both buildings are part of the same residential complex and share a dedicated parking facility. Due to this restriction, Golf Gate residents are forced to drive around the building to access levels P1 and P2, despite the parking ramp being located immediately next to the Golf Vita barrier.”

“We purchased this house, but unfortunately, we are not satisfied with the quality. The overall construction and finishing are not up to a good standard. The rooms are extremely small and do not provide sufficient space for parents and even one child to sleep comfortably.
It has not even been 7–8 months since we moved in, yet the bathroom glass has already broken, and they refused to repaired . We have had the walls repainted several times, but the issues keep recurring. There is also a continuous basin leakage problem that remains unresolved, no matter how many times maintenance is carried out.
Additionally, there is no indoor play area for children. The outdoor play area is available, but it is never cleaned ,which makes it unsuitable and unsafe for kids.
Overall, we are very disappointed with the quality, maintenance, and lack of timely support.”

“The living experience in the community itself is good, but the nonstop construction noise from the neighboring building is extremely disruptive. It starts early and continues every day, including weekends. I'm unable to sleep normally, and it has seriously affected my comfort and quality of life. This is a major issue that should not be ignored.”
