“The gym is really bad the worst I have seen in Dubai, there isn’t even a bench… in my entire life in Dubai I have never seen a gym without a bench… also it looks like barbells were stolen from this gym because there are spots for them but not the barbells themselves.. at least replace them why would you abandon your gym this badly I don’t understand, it’s not like there are many gym options in this area… Also walls are very thin for what’s supposed to be a family building. My neighbor literally wakes me up when he sneezes and I can hear everything that goes on in my neighbor’s from my bathroom lol…”

“Dirty and no longer luxury. I've placed likely 10 different common area requests, and none of them have been auctioned. I literally walked the office manager of the building through the common areas showing him the lack of cleanliness, bad smells, broken hallway ac, coffee spill stained walls, everything .... he literally said nothing, took zero photos, and took zero action. Just a horrible place to live in. You're better off even in an Azizi property.... they've just cut all budgets at this point across Damac properties, especially this building. Shame.”
