“I'm really glad for all the happy tenants and staff in the building but the management do nothing with a huge problem they are making to a next building. AC system on the roof is extremely loud it's impossible to open a window and it disturbs me during the night. I hear it all the time. I spoke with the neighbors and they have the same problem. We were contacted Mr Akshay but he doing nothing, keep telling that there's no noise. The level of noise should be regulated, it's not normal.”

“I've truly enjoyed my time living here! 🏡 The location is superb, offering easy access to supermarkets, public transport, and major roads. 🚌 The building itself is always well-maintained, and common areas are consistently spotless. ✨ Especially staff Akshay and Amal are super frndly and supportive👍👍”

“I’ve had a very good experience living in this building. The location is excellent, with easy access to supermarkets, public transport, and main roads. The building is well-maintained, and common areas are kept clean at all times.”

“Emirates properties please do something with your ventilation system. It sounds terrible. Too much noise. I can't sleep. I hear it 24/7 even with the closed windows. I spoke with neighbors they have it the same. It's not normal.”
