Speaking especially of building 6, it is always neat and clean. Staff manages the corridores ans lifts really well. There is a park, play ground, swimmig pool below. The floors of this building and the nearby buildings even have grocery shops, pharmacy shops, food junctions etc. It's a pet friendly building, infact society.”

“I put 2 stars so you do some action. Every year once summer comes managment drops temperature in the pool so low that litteraly nobody swims, ppl are around pool and none in the water! Kids pool unusable because water supply comes from adult pool, it is freezing! Remember if a hot body jumps in cold water a person can have heart attack !!! Use common sense! Temperature in the pool cannot be so low!!”

“Impossible to sleep in this place. Construction noise 24/7, and very bad management. The parking gate has been broken for the last 7 months…pool access door broken, if someone is not there to open, you cannot access the pool. And again… NOISE 24/7 coming from the site!! Lot of tenants had moved out.. lot of empty units facing road side.”

“We were running around for a new apartment to rent for so long that we studied all the houses in this area and of course chose the Greens complex. Not a tall building, closed territory, a comfortable gym and of course polite staff) lived for a year and did not regret it at all and are very happy with this experience.
and of course you can bring pets here. Ours really liked it🤍”

“I am extremely disappointed with the state of this building. It is consistently dirty, and the smell of garbage is unbearable, making it a highly unpleasant environment to live or work in.
Frequent morning noise, constant maintenance, drilling sounds, and poor building quality make living here unbearable.”
