“I have lived here for 3 years. The buildings management does not deal with the bird infestation. When I reach out to the company I am for the majority ignored as well as lied to. The faeces have destroyed my balcony and make it unliveable. I am so sad writing this, as up until this I loved living here and actually bought my property but now I feel trapped in my home.”

“There is a major problem of bird droppings in balconies, the management totally ignores this problem. Also there is no sound isolation, you can hear your sounds from your neighbors all the time.”
