Town Square is Nshama's development along Al Qudra Road, launched in 2015 and covering about 31 million square feet. It is built around a large central park, with apartment clusters such as Zahra, Safi, Rawda and UNA on one side and rows of three and four-bedroom townhouses on the other.
Rents are low, the park and the retail strip work as a real centre, and families with young children make up much of the population. It is a long way out along Al Qudra Road, there is no metro, and construction continues at the edges. The blocks went up in phases, so finish and management vary between clusters.
